In order to develop a purely Peruvian gin, all our ingredientes (except for the juniper berries) grow in our country and represent the diversity of its nature and landscape. All botanicals we use are natural and come from small local suppliers living close to our distillery. To ensure their quality and freshness every single element is controlled by hand before being washed and peeled and prepared for the maceration.
These are the botanical that we use for the elaboration of GINCA, all of them are rooted since hundreds of years in the Peruvian culture and gastronomy:
Organic macedonian juniper berries are the basis for both GIN´CA and AMAZONIAN GIN COMPANY.
We get our rosemary from the Chaclacayo Valley where the warm temperatures during the year result in a constantly intense aroma.

The principal botanical of GINCA is the sweet Lima dulce with her very distinct citric aroma, only in Peru can be found.
citrus x limetta
The Peruvian Lima from Piura in the North of Peru is acid and intense, but at the same time very fresh.
Lihgt citrus notes and spicy flavors is the perfect partner to the citrus botanicals.
